Karl is your go-to resource when it comes to environmental and infection prevention products and topics at Direct Supply, including floor care, housekeeping, janitorial supplies and safety. He also serves as Direct Supply’s subject matter expert for personal protective equipment. He regularly provides product training, consults on the company’s Insights blog, keeps up with the latest industry trends and evaluates new products to bring to market. His long tenure and diverse experience at Direct Supply have given him valuable perspective into customer needs and challenges, especially his time as a regional account manager visiting with numerous Senior Living providers and the residents they serve.

Karl plays pivotal roles in developing and coordinating a wide variety of programs and services at Direct Supply, most notably the rollout and sales training for the Evaclean disinfection and sanitizing system. This popular product has become a key tool in the fight against COVID-19, and he’s trained and helped dozens of customer groups successfully implement it into their infection prevention program. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC).

Jeff is an HVAC and mechanical industry licensed professional and Senior Building Services Consultant with Direct Supply. Jeff’s mission is to help customers in the areas of Environmental and Indoor Air Quality improving resident and employee health. Experienced in HVAC and infectious control in Hospitals, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food manufacturing facilities. Jeff holds degrees in Operations and Project Management from Clemson University along with multiple other credentials over his span of 40 years as an HVAC and mechanical trades industry professional.
