Using current best evidence, this course shows a practical approach to using exercise as a medicinal tool to reduce risk of COVID/infectious diseases (i.e., exercise as an immunomodulator) as well as falls. Further, data obtained from ICAA and NIC show financial benefits of implementing an evidence-based wellness program, along with motivational strategies and reliable outcome measures.
