Leadership Development Program

Seize the incredible opportunity of tackling healthcare’s biggest challenges!

At Direct Supply we look to solve the biggest challenges facing Healthcare, Home Care and Senior Living. By participating in the Leadership Development Program, you’ll work with a member of our C-suite to dig into a complex, high-impact problem and find an innovative solution.

Participants in this non-rotational program focus on corporate strategy, innovation, new idea development and execution. The program begins with a summer internship and the potential to roll into the full-time program that typically lasts 1 to 2 years. Over the course of the program you will have an opportunity to work on key strategic projects across our various lines of business and functional areas. This will allow you to build an in-depth understanding of the industry and company as well as create a long-lasting network within and outside of Direct Supply.

As a part of the program you will:

  • Report directly to a C-suite executive
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that contribute directly to Direct Supply’s growth
  • Consult with executive leaders and management across the company
  • Grow by participating in various leadership and functional experiences to enhance your professional development
  • Work in an entrepreneurial environment that supports innovation and ambition
  • Gain access to multiple mentoring and leadership opportunities across the company
  • Be a part of a growth program that allows you to craft your own adventure
