This webinar features Mark Besch, VP Clinical Services – Aegis Therapies.
The Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) model was released as a final rule on November 12, 2015 by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). The goal of the CJR model is to improve the quality and efficiency of care for Medicare beneficiaries and reduce costs for the Medicare program for residents receiving total hip or knee replacement. Under this model, hospitals will be incentivized to partner with Post-Acute Care providers who are able to provide high quality care at the lowest cost.
Join us for an educational webinar to:
- Review key elements of the CJR model, including changes from the proposed rule to the final rule
- Understand how this pilot differs from other bundled payment initiatives
- Identify the organizational strategies that offer the best opportunities for success within CJR
