Don’t delay! Funding is available within the Oregon budget for Long Term Care facilities that are preparing for, responding to, or recovering from a public health emergency. This program provides reimbursement for enhancements made to HVAC systems that reduce air pollutants, prevent or control the spread of infectious disease, and regulate temperature in indoor spaces. $1,500 is available per licensed bed per eligible facility, up to a maximum of $100,000 on a first-come, first-served basis.
Phase 1 is now closed. Phase 2 applicants (all long-term care facilities that are not Priority 1) must submit applications before June 30, 2022.
Priority 1 facilities are now eligible to submit Phase 3 applications through Aug 31, 2022 reimbursing up to $20,000 towards infection prevention, resident room configurations or technology and telehealth investments.
Each facility is limited to one authorization request in each funding phase. Our team can provide you with the quotes you’ll need to submit a complete funding application that reflects all of the products and services for which you’ll seek funding.
Phase 2 is open to “Priority 2 applicants”, which include Long Term Care facilities, (assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, and nursing facilities) constructed after 1996, or those constructed prior to 1996 with the following Medicaid census percentages as of June 30, 2021:
